  I was pressured to open an account in order to receive a discount on a jewelry repair. I was charged for the repair before it was sent in. I received a call saying it was ready but the call was in error. I received another call saying it was ready however it was actually because the repair could not be made- on a fine gold chain which had broken and could have been repaired by any jeweler. After three visits I had to wait while the repair charge was removed from the account. And interestingly I had to call the servicing bank because I never received the credit card so I could not cancel the account. They are friendly but not helpful and less than knowledgeable about the merchandise. It's your call.

  My husband and I have been coming to this store for some time. The customer service is priceless; we always speak with Jennifer and have felt like the most appreciated customers time and time again. Nothing short of a great experience since the first day!
