  Had 2 keys made, they didn't work. Heed the warnings and read the reviews people, go somewhere else (2.99 per key). Never had this issue anywhere else and only went here bc I was in a pinch for time.... doesn't matter now. Never again.

  Was looking for a tool in a hurry, and was wary based on the poor reviews here, but was very pleased with the excellent customer service as soon as I walked in the door. The clerk helped me find the tool right away, gave me suggestions and usage advice. Perhaps they are responding to the internet's feedback? If so, the system works!
