  Manager/Staff are somewhat unprofessional and disorganized. Took a pair of shoes - the strap on one shoe had totally come off. They did not offer to repair it at no charge but advised they would let me know of the charge. After a followup call I was given the price and I gave the go ahead. After 2 weeks a 'manager' called to ask if they should repair the shoe. I advised again to go ahead . After two weeks- no sign of the shoe. No one calls back in spite of promising to do so. Called their number - optionX3 to leave a message, it says..but it simply rings and rings.. Certainly not how to run a business..
