The first rep didn't want to be bothered and was just dumb and was not able to locate the line needed on the account. In addition to that another moron employee Efram stated yes that my transfer would be successful, however when I continued to inquire further OF COURSE THE STORY CHANGED! I WENT TO A DIFFERENT T-MOBILE STORE AND WAS PROVIDED WITH ACCURATE INFO THE FIRST TIME AND EACH TIME I ASKED, THE ANSWER NEVER CHANGED.
