  Never have dealt with such rude staff at any store, and I was only there for three minutes. Saw her be rude to another customer first, and saw the customer visibly offended, and then unfortunately she stepped over to stand right where I was. Tried to step out of the way of an employee to put back an item, so I reached around her, and she glared at me in front of another customer and literally said, “the word is excuse me.” Given that she was a service provider and I was a potential customer, I was completely shocked to be treated that way, but it was even shocking to be treated that way as one human being to another, when clearly I was trying to be more polite by reaching around her than making her get out of the way. Horrifying customer service and cemented my decision not to ever bother with T Mobile as a provider, or even to buy phone accessories. Not sure if it was a hiring, employee engagement, or training failure, but something is horribly wrong if this person is the face of your brand.
