  Got a 3weeks plan and they sold me a bad sim phone (wraped into a piece of paper (told them it was strange)... as soon as i putted it into the phone it start getting messages and phone calls. At the end the sim card has expired and now i am with no phone service

  The store manager Will was able to help me out today, I had purchased a portable charger yesterday but was unaware of the deal today. I was able to return the item and get it under the tmobile tuesday deal. I called customer service to get the directions to this store because another store near by didn't want to help me out. This store gave me good customer service. Louis was the person who checked out the order and was also fan of Pokemon Go. You should stop here and not the other store near by. Thanks for the help.

  This place is horrible!! NO customer service at all!! I'd give ZERO star if i could. All those sales reps are rude as hell if you are not going to buy anything in their store. I went to this location ask some info about switch from Sprint to T-Mobile since I've been thinking of make switching recently and my office is around the area. But thankfully i didn't make this stupid decision because of their rude attitude and service. Also, there was another customer just tried to pay her phone bill at same time i was there and refused some offer from one of the rep(they were trying to make her buy a new phone and add more line), then all she got was dirty look from those reps in the store. People!! Please be aware of this store!! All they wanna do is take all of your money out of your pocket and rip people off. If you're not interest in any offer they try to put on you, they will either give you dirty look or give you an excuse to kick you out.
