  Good service but the guy smelled really bad. Like not good to seat around for an hour or half of service. He made a couple of mistakes while trying to help me out and for that I think is not a 5 stars.

  Spencer here was terrible. Don’t switch to ATT unless you literally have no other option. Customer service here is terrible and I’m a 10 year (was) customer. I just needed my final bill but apparently I’m not allowed to access it...and I paid it already...and I canceled not even two weeks ago. Spencer will be the reason I never consider ATT again. Nice job Spence.
