  Very bad customer service in the store. The representative over the phone informed me to go to this store to pick up 4 SIM cards. The store representatives said they have to charge me $5 each SIM card plus tax So they asked me to pay $21.75. they said the store, online and phone customer service operate differently/individually. I left the store and called customer service again. Ended up the phone customer service mailed me 4 SIM cards for free. All I have to do is wait a few days.
