  Very bad attitude from the staff (they are like certain waiters in posh restaurants who think they can look down on patrons). But worst than that my suit pants cracked open as I got in a taxi a month or so after buying it... luckily I had a long coat to hide that and avoid the public humiliation. Even more luckily this didn’t happen at an important time. This kind of things can properly ruin a career. Also, I am not fat (I am quite slim in fact) and the suit was correctly sized. A friend told me that the same thing happened to him with a suit supply suit at a party. So there is definitely something wrong with either the fabric they use, the quality of workmanship or both. My friend wasn’t happy with them either I can tell you that much. In short, if you don’t want to destroy your carrer and/or be publicly humiliated, never buy anything from them. Also, that will save you the interaction with their lousy sales.
