  Horrible experience. I went in to use the self-service printing machines, which botched my print jobs to the point that it wasn’t worth printing. I went to the customer service counter and asked for a refund. I had to argue with the associate about the price (which was clearly printed on the receipt) for almost 10 min. She then went to the manager and made me wait for another 10 min (I think just out of spite). I’d advise going somewhere else for your print jobs. Just not worth the hassle...
