  I did the upgrade and went to return the old appliance to the store that is in the store located at 92 W 225th St, Bronx, NY 10463 on 09/19/17 around 6:45 pm. When I return to my house, my mother's phone is dropped and broken. Call the sprint immediately to see if you still had a chance to buy the phone you had returned. call the next day 09/20/17 at 10:01 am, the young man who took care of me left me waiting for about 20 minutes and then informed me that all the phones had been sent to the warehouse at 09:00 am. and that the manager was not in the store so they could not do anything. Immediately afterwards call Sprint, talk to a delivery person, she very cordially called the store and told her to call today to speak with the manager. Today I called to speak with the manager, he said that the phones had been returned on Tuesday 09/19/2017 between 10:00 and 11:00 am, but that they could not do anything anymore. I feel frustrated because for me it is a lack of service towards the customer, first because they tell lies and second because they treat you with rudeness.
