  On Friday around 6pm I entered this location with my mind set on switching over from T-Mobile. I wanted to purchase a iPhone X. Upon entering the store I wasn’t greeted. The store wasn’t busy. There was 3 people who could have assisted me. Instead I was standing waiting for someone to ask me if I needed help. One guy who was standing in the front ,behind a register saw I needed help even after trying to call him over he just ignored me. Then 2 people in the back where just talking not even paying me no mind. I asked a girl who was busy, if she was the only one who can help me. She asked me to please give her 2 minutes. I literally was standing there for 15minutes. I became frustrated and left. I ended up switching over to Verizon. The customer service was excellent, I was helped right away. And found a better deal then I would have at sprint. Some advice to Sprint, hire employees who believe in your company and are not just there to stand around and ignore customers who help keep your business thriving. Coulda- woulda been a customer. Your lost !!
