I came in actually wanting to deactivate my service, because sprint has been putting unnecessary charges on my bill. but trish showed empathy and patience with me. Even though I was irritated ,she was humble and Persistent in making sure I left the store with all smiles. Not only she solve the issues I had with my bill, she also presented me with amazing holiday deals that made my Christmas shopping less time consuming.
