  I ordered a case of wine on Sat. 12/16 as Christmas gifts for my work colleagues. Our office is a 22-min. walk from the Sherry-Lehman store, according to Google Maps. I received a delivery estimate of EOD Wed., 12/20. When it didn't arrive, I spoke with a customer service rep, who said it is now scheduled for delivery Fri. 12/23. She blamed the delay on FedEx, explaining that my order could not be delivered on a S-L truck because it was under a certain dollar threshold ($350). In any event, half my team has now left for their holiday vacations. And the rest of us will likely be gone by the time the wine gets here. I'm very disappointed by Sherry-Lehmann's service and will not shop there again.

  One star for Great Wine Class from Kevin Zraly and Big Name Wines. Get ripped off my the cashier. I order 2 bottles of Bordeaux costing $48. They will not print the receipt for you if you gave them the e-mail. I was charge with 2 bottles of Burgundy for $83. Contacted customer service, but never get a response.
