  I recently visited this location for the first time and was at a complete loss for words. I was happy because the store wasn’t as crowded as the rest throughout the city so I figured I would get amazing customer service. Wrong! I was greeted by NO ONE , I walked the store several times to see if I would get helped, let alone be acknowledged. The store was not busy or crowded at all. Several times I heard excuse for someone to get by me, it was associates hurrying to go conversate with there fellow peers. Mind you the manager was in front of the store talking and laughing with staff, ( which was a group of 4) and another group of 4 associates by the perfume section chatting away. I have never experienced anything like that before from a Sephora store. I will never visit this location again and I hope they change out the staff for future customers that plan to visit. Wish I could give zero stars. Did I mention I bought nothing after waiting around for 20 minutes for assistance.

  If you like a store where you can walk in, be completely ignored and have employees with resting b**** faces then I recommend this place. I’ve never experienced such bad customer service from a Sephora. No one is on the floor to help or care to help. They tell you someone will be right with you just so you can stop bothering them.
