  Saks NY has turned to be a real lame experience Whenever you go shopping, plenty of sales persons keep chasing you in order to get the sale The staff changes all the time, at least in the Men section. My most recent experience with a beauty reward confirmed that this store lacks of management. The Store manager was involved in a poor experience with the beauty reward advertised Even with his intervention, I went through with ridiculous requests as login into my account retrieve codes, provide with the same, etc etc The reward are free samples that Saks receive to provide to It's clients and should be effortless The website has glitches and makes a single reward a real nightmare I will never shop beauty at Saks in my life
