  This is hands down the worst photographer I have ever met. 1- Employees are incompetent. I brought them a picture from an iphone to print (which they previously said they could print), and none of their machines seemed to be working and they couldn't (and didn't want to) figure out the problem. Their solution was "you can email it to us and we can print it, but it will cost you an extra $5" and "we're out of options" 2- Employees are rude: They weren't even apologetic or trying to be helpful. One employee, who was the least competent, kept interjecting with non-value add remarks 3- The prices are exorbitant. $27 for 2 passport photos. Even FedEx is $10 cheaper! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else for your pictures (passport or otherwise). I would have given it 0 stars if I could.
