  I bought a kith moncler jacket online and received a defective piece with yellowed zippers. Tried to contact the customer support on the website no luck.. then tried my local store which happened to be this horrible store. After calling 10 times they finally decided to answer and said to email their store with the complaint. after re sending the email over 10 times they never answered. now im stuck with a jacket over 1k with defective yellow zippers. thanks moncler.
