  Got a couple of diamond rings and a diamond pendant from them last night! They were having a sale so I wandered in and Yogi could not have been nicer. Great experience! Thanks for my treasures!!

  This is the second time I have received bad service in this store but this time takes the cake! I was looking for a specific NYC charm for a friend that now lives out of the country. She specifically wanted the Statue of Liberty charm with the heart. My friend also has the Eiffel Tower charm that she purchased in Paris and the heart dangles at the top of the charm. The Statue of Liberty charm that they pulled for me has the heart on the bottom of the charm which led me to question whether or not it was the correct charm. I asked if they had one with the dangling heart (just to make sure this was the correct one) and the woman said "NO! those are fake and not Pandora!" I showed her the photo of my friend's Eiffel Tower charm and she said that one must be fake and laughed in a really condescending way and kept repeating that it wasn't "REAL" Pandora. I took photos of the NYC charm and very calmly told her that I would ask my friend if it was the correct one but that I would not be purchasing it from her. She scoffed and sort of laughed me off. I don't think I have ever experienced a sales person treat me with that much condescension. She could have just said that to her knowledge that is the only Statue of Liberty charm and that she isn't familiar with the Eiffel Tower charm in my photo. Accusing me, and I guess my friend, of buying knock off stuff and then repeatedly telling me how wrong I was is not a way to make a sale. The cherry on top (for me) is that my friend ended up wanting two charms so I happily made that purchase at the Pandora store at 42nd and 6th where I received impeccable service!
