  My first experience with Manhattan Home Design was a month ago when I called to make sure I was buying from a legitimate business. I spoke to Richard, who was very nice and reassuring and answered my questions about the Eames replica I was interested in. After a few days of considering all the options I had online, I decided to go with Manhattan Home Design and placed my order. I was a little apprehensive because of some reviews I had seen, but I gave it a go anyway because I saw that also every other websites I checked have some bad reviews. Plus, since I live in Brooklyn I knew I could easily get to the city in case any issues came up with my order. I was so excited when I received the chair last week, and my boyfriend was able to put it together pretty quickly. We've been using it since then and I absolutely love it because it has an iconic look and is a high-quality chair! Definitely leaving a 5-star rating!

  I was a little worried about buying a couch online but Richard did everything to make me feel more comfortable with my purchase. I received swatches quickly and all my questions were answered and then confirmed via email. The couch was carried up to my apartment, unboxed and assembled. It was delivered exactly when I scheduled it. I don't think a transaction could have gone any smoother. The couch is perfect and extremely comfortable.
