Recently, I have noticed their call center manned by offshore sales people (Indonesia) and as a result, services have been a bit on the poorer side, with mixed and wrong information being passed down regarding item prices. Orders are being ordered but canceled without your knowledge so you actually end up thinking the items are on their way when they are not. Many problems during the Christmas holidays but mainly with call-in orders. Hopefully, it gets better soon.
