  This flagship store has the best selection I've ever seen at all Lululemons in the city (aside from maybe the men's specific one in SoHo). It's large, eventful, and friendly. At the risk of ruining a good thing: this store is where HUB17 is located. It's a cafe-like basement space where anyone can hang out, do work, have meetings, or work out (classes).

  Called to place a phone order for a hot item from this store when the website became out of stock. I was connected to Mary, who was super friendly and understanding. In fact, I had a vacation coming up and I needed the items overnighted. Although I was ready and expecting to pay the extra $30 for the shipping, she said it would be absolutely free! Free FedEx Priority Overnight shipping for a phone order, where do you get that kind of service? Thank you again Mary for your work and making a loyal customer out of me.
