  Great layout and design esthetic. It's the first store I've visited with the modern industrial feel and it also works for the location. Hip and gentrifying. The service was also good and the staff seemed warm overall. However, J Crew stores are usually easy to spot and display recognizable signage. This store however was difficult for me to find as I walked past it several times before opening Google Maps to make sure I wasn't going crazy. The exterior of the store is basically [off] white and "J Crew" is a slightly different shade of off white, across the brick exterior. So yea... could do with more in your face obvious visible signage. Otherwise, great store and great experience. I've been a customer for over 12 years and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

  All the workers I've interacted with were very helpful and put up with my indecisiveness. They even went out of their way to help me make last minute changes to my tailoring details for a Jacket I bought and were friendly/understanding while doing so. Quality Customer Service, stop by and buy something its J.Crew
