  Very unprofessional people taking orders over the phone delivering items not requested. For example they delivered Skippy low fat peanut butter then Skippy natural peanut butter when I requested Skippy peanut butter. Then they gave me a five-minute argument when I asked to return it for my money back. This was a $55 order so for them quibble over $5 was ridiculous. Another example is they delivered Poland distilled water instead of Poland Spring water, and strawberry jelly when I requested strawberry preserves. Very exasperating and a waste of time!
