  CUSTOMERS BEWARE: GIORGIO COMES WITH MANUFACTURE DEFFECTS !!! We paid $$$ for our Vogue bedroom set, which arrived with number of defects that were immediately reported to Roberto and Lisa. Two years since Giorgio delivered our furniture it has been nothing but empty promises that they will send their repairman Joey to fix it. However every time an appointment was scheduled no one had actually showed up. Every time we got Lisa on the phone she would promise to speak to Roberto about it, and every time we got Roberto he would say that he would speak to Joey. Finally when we found out who Joey was, and were able to get him on the phone he explained to us that Roberto would not spend $200 for him to travel to New Jersey to do repairs!!! Its a petty because we fell in love with Giorgio’s design and style, but unfortunately the sinful and shameful way they’ve had chosen to conduct their business, the Dishonesty and Greed will be the First and the Last purchase we made. That also explains why Giorgio does not accept any credit cards, so customers will not have the chance to file the dispute regarding defects etc.
