  Worst front of the house customer service. New ownership (Mehir?) is awful. Go here to save a $, or if you have wine-searcher; but don't expect a good wine store with knowledge or delivery. I've given up after 12 years. Sad, as long-time employees are great.

  Spent the ENTIRE afternoon (it is now almost 7pm) waiting for an order placed via app--and it's still not here. Staff is not organized, order tracking is abysmal. They have no idea if the order will be delivered or no. I wish I could give it ZERO stars. Waste of time and energy. Now I have to call my credit card company to do a charge back, still don't have the wine, and lost half of my Saturday. Great.
