- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★October 02, 2019, by Jason SWho knew Manhattan has a Costco, much less a full sized Target and a PetSmart? The MTA buses get you within two blocks and you can take one of the waiting taxis home for about $10. Or if you have a car there's monthly parking for about half of what you'll pay elsewhere on the Upper East Side. (On second thought, forget I mentioned the parking - I don't need you filling up the spaces, making me park on the top level! Just kidding.) This place really is one of the best kept secrets in the city.
