The spring was of low quality and did not stand up to the rigors of use in New York City (even for a few days). They sent servicemen out a few times, but the problem was never solved. They are now unwilling to stand by their work and install a working door-closer. I am appalled at the lack of professionalism. BRING YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE, THIS COMPANY IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND WILL WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.
