  Very disappointed. This is the flagship store of a well know and respected Dance retailer. There was one person there to fit shoes ( there was another fitter for pointe who was not involved in the rest of the shoe fitting). FYI : I went to get some tap shoes. I am a Dance professional and teacher, and grew up with Capezio. I was primed to enjoy my experience. The shoe staff person showed no interest in assisting anyone, brought the wrong shoes and sizes out, and was seemingly apathetic. I cannot attest to their knowledge because they scarcely spoke to anyone. It’s a shame that a respected brand is not training and paying their employees so they can provide a passable (decent would be good) experience.
