  No one around to help, I tracked someone down and asked if they had anymore refurbished PS4 he said sold out, I asked about matching price on Amazon for new and was told only if sold by Amazon. So all other sellers on Amazon don't count, he walked away without trying to make a sale. I walked out and ordered online. I try to shop locally, however when I get better service from Amazon than a real person I shop online.

  Great selection, great staff lots of options for just about anything you're looking for. The staff can direct you to what you're looking for, do research to confirm the product is what you're looking for, and compare it to other products by other manufacturers. They are so good, and they really help you make the right decision. The Best Buy on Broadway stands out to me because they did an in-home installation of a TV on a wall. They answered all my questions they took away all of the packing materials and they complied with my buildings rules and regulations. Everything went just as planned I like going shopping at this location should. It's great to shop there if you need any type of electronics. They do a great job, and they have a great team working for them.

  Walked to the store just now after not being able to get of the store by phone to confirm product arrival to pick up a pen I'd ordered. When I approached the store pickup counter, two employees were leaning on the counter, one of who's bright pink underwear was showing extremely visibly, so much so I was embarrassed for her and a bit horrified at the fact that she was representing Best Buy. I asked for my pen, and the underwear chick reached behind the shelf, asked me my name, then pulled out my pen and handed it to her co worker after playfully holding my $100 pen out of reach of her colleague. It was at this point the employee who's underwear I had not yet seen must have caught my angry expression, because all playing stopped, and she joked about how cold it was outside. Best Buy, please fix this. I've spent thousands at your stores. I don't expect to be treated like royalty, but the behavior and dress of your employees at this counter was so terrible that I expect to be treated like some chump who isn't worthy of even basic respect as a returning paying customer.
