I had a bag of bites a peaces of gold and my wife was on the speaker phone. Alex was so patient with us as he quietly answered each of our questions and tested each peace regardless of how small it was. My wife mentioned the present price of gold and Alex said “no no, gold it up $3.00 this morning”. I was paid in cash immediately, overall it was a very pleasant experience.
