  I give Albee Baby 5 stars for 2 reasons. 1st: The lady at the 877 Number was so friendly and nice. I put a Diono car seat in my chart and it showed on sale. When I went to check out online it changed price on me. So the lady stay on phone with me till I completed my order and she went in and fixed it for me. 2nd: A half hour after placing my order I wanted to cancel it because talking to a police officer in my family whos daughter the car seat was for said he didn’t want her in that seat because it has a lot of current recalls(early as 4 months(Oct 2017). I called the toll free number 4 times and it kept going to voicemail. So I called the store in NY and the gentlemen who answered the phone was so friendly, helpful and so nice. He got my order canceled for me and I was able to go into my AlbeeBaby account and see that order as canceled. I will be using Albee Baby for future purchases they do have some good prices and sales.
