A they literally give you such attitude over the phone. They don't try to help you in anyway. I totally feel scammed and locked in this contract. Having construction being done to my house, they refuse the option of put my account on hold. They are not knowledgable at ALL! DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM AT ALL!!!
